Nonprofits shouldn’t have to choose between their mission and a decent website. Through the Community Program, eligible nonprofits get Vinara Studio at no cost: a website built, hosted and maintained for them.
Open to registered nonprofits and charities. Each application is reviewed individually, and spots are limited.
Third-party costs, such as your domain name and email, aren’t covered and are billed directly by those providers.

What is Vinara Studio?
Vinara Studio is Vinara’s website service for small businesses and organizations. I build, host and look after your website, and your Vinara Studio account is where you manage your plan, billing and update requests after onboarding.
What does the one-time setup fee cover?
Setting up your Vinara Studio account, designing and building your website, and getting your domain, hosting and tools connected. After launch you just pay your plan’s flat monthly price.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You pay month to month, and you can change plans from your Vinara Studio account as your business grows.
Will my price ever go up?
No. The monthly price you sign up at is locked in for as long as you stay on your plan. It never increases. If Vinara’s prices change for new customers, yours stays exactly the same.
Who owns my website and domain?
Your domain, your brand and the content you provide, like your text, photos and logo, are always yours, and so is your data: every lead, contact and form submission. The website itself, meaning its design, code and the Vinara Studio platform it runs on, is built and maintained by Vinara and licensed to you as part of your subscription. That’s how you get a professionally built site for a small setup fee, instead of a large upfront build cost. Prefer to own it outright? You can buy it out.
What counts as an update request?
Everyday changes like updating text, photos, hours, prices or team members, or adding a small section. Bigger additions, like new features or integrations, we’ll scope together first.
How does support work?
Send update requests through your Vinara Studio account, or email me directly. You’ll always deal with the engineer who built and runs your site, not a call centre. Business and Growth plans get priority support.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from your Vinara Studio account, or just let me know, and your plan won’t renew at the next billing date. Before your site goes offline, you can export your data, including your leads, contacts and form submissions, and download the content you provided. Your domain stays in your name, so you can point it to a new provider whenever you’re ready. The site’s design and code stay with Vinara, unless you choose a buyout.
Can I buy my website outright?
Yes. For a one-time buyout fee, quoted based on your site, you get a copy of your website’s front end, its design and code, to host wherever you like. Features that run on the Vinara Studio platform, such as the CRM, lead workflows and integrations, stay with the platform, but your data comes with you.
Are domains and business email included?
Every plan includes connecting your custom domain. The domain itself and business email (like Google Workspace) are billed by those providers, so they stay in your name.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Often, yes. Bring it to the consultation and I’ll recommend whether to improve what you have or rebuild it on a better foundation.
